Overview of the Job:
Build assortments across Jordan digital channels to deliver on merchandising strategy and distinctive product direction within specific gender, member mindset and product type. Focus on consumer, delivering curated, productive and digital connected assortments. Drives the one team philosophy through partnership with Geo cross functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
? Lead Merchants to develop Jordan digital geography annual/seasonal merchandising plans to support a distinctive assortment and membership offense with speed and responsiveness.
? Create and maintain member led channel assortments for Jordan digital channels.
? Build and deliver consumer led capacity in partnership with Geo consumer merchant and marketplace, planning and platform teams.
? Identifying power franchises long term growth strategy. Build offense plan in 365 degrees, winning products, compelling stories, marketing plans and etc.
? Read and react to in season analytics and identify opportunities to adapt current business and inform future assortments, merchandising strategies and strategic initiatives driven by member mindsets.
? Transfer and broadcast product knowledge and brand culture to cross function teams to ensure consistent understanding towards products and heritage stories.
? Deliver on-time, consistent and accurate information management via process and tools.
? Supporting team to manage buy timeline with right counterpart with on-time deliverables.
